Phil's commitment to helping the youth in Washington, DC and Cleveland Ohio area stating “It’s a blessing to play the sport you love and have little kids look up to you,” Taylor said. Phil is humbled at the opportunity to assist youth in both Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, DC.
